Class Confirmation & Preparation
Thank you for registering!
Here’s some information about how to prepare for your class:
Refer to the Class description for location and start time.
Plan to arrive 10 or 15 minutes before start time. Class will start on-time.
Dress in loose, comfortable clothing. Dress in layers in case body temperature fluctuates.
Here are some things to bring:
A liter (approx. 32 ounces) of water, in a water bottle or spill-proof container
Yoga mat
Pillow/cushion for sitting on the floor, or to adjust your comfort if sitting in a chair. Chairs will be available
Light covering/shawl/blanket
Something to rest your head when lying down--jacket/sweater/shawl, or small pillow or stuffed animal
Pen and paper/journal/diary, if you like to take notes
