Class Confirmation & Preparation

Thank you for registering! 

Here’s some information about how to prepare for your class:

  • Refer to the Class description for location and start time.

  • Plan to arrive 10 or 15 minutes before start time. Class will start on-time.

  • Dress in loose, comfortable clothing. Dress in layers in case body temperature fluctuates.

Here are some things to bring:

  • A liter (approx. 32 ounces) of water, in a water bottle or spill-proof container

  • Yoga mat

  • Pillow/cushion for sitting on the floor, or to adjust your comfort if sitting in a chair. Chairs will be available

  • Light covering/shawl/blanket

  • Something to rest your head when lying down--jacket/sweater/shawl, or small pillow or stuffed animal

  • Pen and paper/journal/diary, if you like to take notes
