Classes and practice retreats offer an opportunity to learn in community and meet others who are embodiment-minded. My goal is to create a supportive and playful experiential-learning atmosphere in which people feel comfortable to participate fully.

Customized classes and practice retreats also are available. You and your colleagues can learn self-care tools while re-filling your well and relaxing.

Qi Gong for Beginners

Mondays 5:30 - 6:30 pm Pacific Time

Come learn and practice this ancient, moving meditation. Qi Gong supports relaxation, balance and coordination. We’ll be practicing Qi Gong from the Chen-Style Hunyuan lineage.

Embodied Ease

Wednesdays

Practice being a whole body. We’ll use movement, breath and sound in combinations that reconnect us with the engine of our well-being: pulsation. You’ll learn Zapchen Somatics and other embodiment practices that enliven and relax, that support playfulness and ease.

Somatic Meditation

Develop your capacity for mindfulness, and foster whole-body presence. We’ll begin with Zapchen Somatics and other practices that support body awareness and prepare us to open and relax. You’ll then be guided through a body-based meditation.
